Congratulations to Ben Hodson who helped Scotland to a team Gold and an individual fourth place at the British and Irish Fell and Hill Running Championships in Wales recently. In the U17 Men’s race Ben Hodson of Stewartry shook off pre-race concern over a sore calf to finish just outside the individual medals.
Ben was the second Sottish runner to cross the finish line with team mates Billy Sutherland first, Joel Gillan sixth and Seb Darlow seventh. This made sure the Scottish team finished first overall with England 2nd and Wales 3rd.
