As most of you will be aware, Mr Tuffery, our Academy Rector, has taken up a 6 month secondment, working with Dumfries and Galloway Education Authority. He will be leaving the Academy as from Monday 6th Nov. We wish him our best in his new role, and look forward to welcoming him back.
Following an application and interview process, Mr Tuffery’s post will be filled by Ms Susan Brown (Depute Head at Annan Academy)
We would like to welcome Ms Brown to the post of Acting Rector of Kirkcudbright Academy, I am sure she will enjoy her time at the Academy.
